The ERC VOICES project is implemented in full compliance with the European Commission’s requirements on Gender Equality Plans (GEP) under the Horizon Europe framework.
The project is hosted by the Jagiellonian University, which has a formally adopted and publicly available Gender Equality Plan, endorsed by the University authorities and implemented in line with EU regulations. The institutional Gender Equality Plan is coordinated by the Centre for Equality at Jagiellonian University (RÓWNi UJ) and fulfils all mandatory process-related requirements defined by the European Commission.
The University’s GEP covers, among others; work–life balance and organisational culture, gender equality in recruitment and career progression, balanced gender representation in leadership and decision-making, prevention of discrimination, harassment and gender-based violence, integration of the gender dimension in research and teaching, continuous monitoring, evaluation and reporting of equality measures.
The VOICES project fully adheres to these institutional policies and is carried out in an inclusive and non-discriminatory research environment, promoting equality, diversity and equal opportunities in accordance with EU, ERC and Horizon Europe principles.
